I've never used github before.
Do I've first to do a fork, <something>, and then pull request?

Before rebuilding the doc, I've done a "make update-template". Is it ok
or do I've to use the templates from the repository? ;I don't know how
you manage that.

Yes, for sure.

Once the po file on the repository, evrybody intersted will be asked at
least for a proof read!
