the link doesn't work for me, probably a private one.
The xmp with the same name as the raw file contains some
overexposure-vignette-colored development, certainly not what you did to
the other image in raw therapee...

This looks quite good already.
To compare with the RT one I did, I think you need to pull exposure down
a bit. Check the XMP in my GH2 folder.
