on the lua side I have added an infrastructure to make usermanual
integration simpler than what we had in the previous release.
The lua API section will be autogenerated like it was last time, I would
gladly do some debugging/tweaking session with you to have it in place,
though the actual content is certain to change
for the documentation section of LUA I don't think there is much changed,
tough rewroding/better explanations by other lua users than me would be
welcomed.
Tell me when we can meet on IRC to discuss/test the changes
