Hi ! I would like to share the color profile for the Nikon D5300. It has been made in sun light, at midday, in June with a Spyder ColorChecker (9600 K measured in Darktable, but the white-balance seems to be false due to an offset for recent Nikon DSLR).
So, I'm using this color profile since 2 months, it's pretty good even if it doesn't fit any light situation. Actually, I use a specific color profile for each lightning situation. But this one is a good start point. The problem with the default matrix (as well as enhanced matrix) in DT with D5300 is an over-saturation of red and magenta, in combination with a strange basecurve (which produces artificial high contrast and details losses in low lights). This calibrated profile has to be used with neutral (linear) basecurve and the input color profile correction set with default values.
