We, probably, all will have a different take on the best way to process your 
images .... I had a look at 0020 and make some comment based on that item 
alone.

I needed to initially use highlight-reconstruction>recon-in-LCh to eliminate 
some (brown) sky problems and then followed with a substantial change in 
white-balance. Once that was done the shadows-and-highlights (gaussian) worked 
just fine and I had a reasonable sky and building both in balance.

The building does have a substantial blue component within the gray and as it 
was in the shade the color went a bit sideways during the take (my opinion). 
Again my take would be to further accentuate the warm tones in the building 
(color-zones) and as a final kick I pushed the local-contrast>detail slider a 
few notches.

No need from my eye to mess with several of the modules that you used to 
produce a fine initial result (after the verticals were corrected).
