In comparison to the default clarity preset: yes, factor 0.15. But this
number says nothing at all. It is meaningless and does not change
anything by itself, in opposite to the other sliders, which are
persistent for exactly this reason.

The mix slider is a tool helping you to adjust your control points.
Nothing more and nothing less.
