No it isn't and this has been pointed out before. It would me much
better to have a modifier key that moves all knots when dragging.

Or they could be selectable like knots in Inkscape/Illustrator.

Harder to discover but won't confuse people half as much as this slider
does. A control that scales other controls and then snaps back doesn't
exist in /any/ program I ever used.
