There is no libosmgpsmap-1.0-dev available in the repos anymore for this distro with GNOME 3.14. The packages for libosmgpsmap found in the repos are libosmgpsmap-dev and libosmgpsmap2, both in version 0.7.3-3ubuntu1.14.10.1 I have both installed, but darktable's build script looks for libosmgpsmap1.
