Can you describe how it fails? Without more information it will be hard
to understand and fix is needed.

You have a landscape image and landscape is selected on the print
module, right? How does the paper print layout is? Can you take a
picture of the result?

Also note that you can test with a standard PDF on landscape mode and
do:

$ lp -d<CUPS printer name> -o landscape=true myfile.pdf
