I have changed the way how Clipping iop handles aspect ratios:

1. 10:2 and 2:10 is the same aspect ratio
2. Since one rarely changes between portrait and landscape by cropping, the
long side of the crop box matches the long side of the image by default.
I think something along those lines should be noted in usermanual.
