Sorry, but that is not really working. history_end has to be max(num)+1. If there is code that relies on it being count() then that code is buggy and needs to be fixed. Similarly, if code creates gaps in num then that is buggy, too. I fixed one such case recently, if you find any more feel free to tell me (or fix them). Tobias
