I use folders. DT allows navigating by folders (so these are my "film
rolls")
Then it is broken down to sub folders.
1. folder for original images
2. folder for renamed
3. 4x6 high res
4. 4x6 web
etc.
The export is done with presets. and it is with relative paths
I am sorting 2000 images and even more this way without issues.
If I want to search for images - I use either tags or description.

What would help is if there is an easily accessible catalog of all
created tags for grouping/searching or whatever it'll be called, and
being able to make simple logical selectors, like this tag and not

I'd love to, but I haven't found a way of search for duplicates
(from the ctrl-d) only.
