Yes: see the "lens correction" module (well, assuming that your fish-eye lens has less than 180° field of view, otherwise removing distortion is basically impossible). If your lens is not supported, you can get it calibrated: http://lensfun.sourceforge.net/calibration/ However, note that some "distortion" is unavoidable with very short focal lens: if you remove the optical distortion then straight lines in reality will remain straight in the picture, but you will still get the feeling of having the corners stretched.
