I don't think this is a DT question - it sounds more like a file system
question. On the FS you can use ecryptfs for linux or if it is on a NAS
- some sort of encryption on it - like freenas for example. Better help
may be an OS / NAS forum. Some drives offer hardware encryption like
Samsung EVO. Depending what you want or need.
