it can be a bit hard to compile this thing on 64-bit archs.. i
attached a heavily cannibalised version of their today's version of
the unified branch, using dt's dng writer instead of the 32-bit
chdk-based one. we don't read white balance from these DNG files so
the image may turn up green at first.
