As far as i can tell, lr applies some noise reduction by default. We
don't and won't.

Canon EOS 5D Mark IV 'RAW' is fully supported by darktable 2.2
Noise profile for profiled denoise is missing.

Also, **please** consider uploading one RAW, one mRAW and one sRAW to
https://raw.pixls.us/
We need them for regression testing.

mRAW/sRAW is not supported, because i need samples.
Please take one sample per each iso level, including all the sub-iso,
and with high iso extension enabled.
And upload them somewhere like dropbox and give me the link.
