Well, the settings in the export section seem the most relevant. And indeed, what do you use to view the images? Although if that makes a difference, you probably use non-standard export settings anyway: even the most color-agnostic viewers can get sRGB images right most of the time. More precisely, first thing that comes to mind: the export settings: profile, colorimetric intent (not the most likely, but..), style, and (if you use a style) mode.
