The .bashrc file in your home directory, i.e. ~/.bashrc
or in KDE, set the darktable icon command properties:

So it is set locally for darktable? What about setting it systemwide,
other programms migh also like openCL?
Have a look at /etc/ld.so.conf and /etc/ld.so.conf.d/*
