hi. i'm running 2.2.4 (see below). it now nicely decompresses my images from my Leica Monochrom, but doesn't find an appropriate color matrix ---- [colorin] `Leica Camera AG LEICA M MONOCHROM (Typ 246)' color matrix not found! ---- and, the one it chooses gives me a less-(more?-)than-monochrome experience.
if i enter the darkroom, choose "input color profile" (from "more modules"), then again (the sub) "input color profile", and, under "profile", select "BRG (for testing)", i get something that certainly looks monochrome. but, having no clue what BRG is, etc., i'm not sure that's the path. is there an obvious path to proceed? i looked a bit at ---- https://encrypted.pcode.nl/blog/2010/06/28/darktable-camera-color-profiling/ ---- but i'm not sure if this procedure is true, necessary, optimal, for a monochrome image. any advice would be appreciated! cheers, Greg Minshall ---- bash minshall-apollo: {1088} darktable --version this is darktable 2.2.4 copyright (c) 2009-2016 johannes hanika [email protected] compile options: bit depth is 64 bit normal build SSE2 optimized codepath enabled OpenMP support enabled OpenCL support enabled Lua support disabled Colord support disabled gPhoto2 support disabled GraphicsMagick support disabled OpenEXR support enabled ____________________________________________________________________________ darktable user mailing list to unsubscribe send a mail to [email protected]
