Yes, I have:
$ glxinfo | grep "OpenGL version"
*OpenGL version string: 3.0 Mesa 17.3.2 - padoka PPA*

But I still cant get Opencl to work.

In fact, I've been thinking if this slowness may be fault of these
alternative drivers.
