Ok, I am a very little step further.

apt-get purge darktable darktable-dbg exiv2 gimp-lensfun libexiv2-14
libgexiv2-2 libkf5kexiv2-15.0.0 liblensfun-bin liblensfun-data-v1
liblensfun1 python-pyexiv2 python-pyexiv2-doc python3-lensfun

The update was not removed, so I did:
rm -r /var/lib/lensfun-updates/

Now I have:

apt-cache policy darktable
darktable:
  Installiert: 1:2.4.3-0pmjdebruijn1~bionic
  Installationskandidat: 1:2.4.3-0pmjdebruijn1~bionic
  Versionstabelle:
 *** 1:2.4.3-0pmjdebruijn1~bionic 500
        500
http://ppa.launchpad.net/pmjdebruijn/darktable-unstable/ubuntu
bionic/main amd64 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status 2.4.2-1 500
        500 http://at.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic/universe amd64
        Packages

I do not have 0.2.x with lensfun.

apt-cache policy liblensfun-data-v1
liblensfun-data-v1:
  Installiert: 0.3.2-4
  Installationskandidat: 0.3.2-4
  Versionstabelle:

Packages 500 http://at.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic/universe i386
Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

But I have now:

apt-cache policy libexiv2-14
libexiv2-14:
  Installiert: 0.25-3.1
  Installationskandidat: 0.25-3.1
  Versionstabelle:

This lens is recognized now after installation, but if I excecute
lensfun-update-data as _user_ (I never did it since purge as root) the
lens is _not_ recognized.

After I removed the files in ~/.local/share/lensfun/updates/version_1
the lens is recognized again.

I want to create my own corrections as with Ubuntu 16.04 (where
a lot more lenses worked after I created my own corrections with
little changes to existing ones), so I would like to know, how the 1st
lines of a correction file should like like because there was a change
with lensfun 0.3

Then I will try it in ~/.local/share/lensfun
