Not sure it works in all cases.
But I did do the same thing with exposure, albeit it was not a strong
adjustment (exposure was +0.5 on a gredient). Because I did it via two
modules, and the way the pixel pipe works, there likely is the potential
for data loss and not get a "perfect reversal". In my specific case, the
loss would have been minor enough that I did notice, even zoomed in.
