What version of dt. are you working on?
With D800 and that lens in Ver. 2.4.4. it shows like this:
The dropdown looks the same as yours here (Nikon, only 1 lens), but all
the params of the correction module are active.
But looking here

I don't find any reference to the camera involved ...

get the same information when using exiv2.
But correction is not working. This lens is the well known 'older'
version, so not the newer VR version.
Also, I cannot choose another lens from the list. It only shows
Nikon, and then only one lens.
