This is what Aurélian says about this 'known issue':
"In noisy pictures, or in pictures that suffer from poor demosaicing
(RAW from X-trans sensors), the black level will often be detected at
-16 EV (minimum of the range). You need to correct that manually to
obtain realistic values."
