Hello,

IMHO, what you whish to do there makes no sense, since each step of a same 
module in the history superseeds previous ones.
What would make sense, would be to create multiple instances of a same module 
in the right panel, thus allowing you to adjust each one separately.
Maybe this is what you are looking for ?
