Just a note here, I did figure out why my fonts were way too large. It was just because I was in fact editing the wrong darktablerc file. DT was using the one in ~/.config/darktable, and not the one in /usr/share/darktable, as I thought. The darktablerc in ~/.config/darktable had my screen_dpi_overwrite setting set to 224, which was necessary for the previous version to get a decent scaling on my monitor (for whatever reason, even though my actual DPI is about 150 on this 28" monitor). So, it was far too large for 3.0. I set it to about half (112), after some tinkering with the size, to which I preferred, and that worked fine. For Darktable 2.6.x, the DPI scaling seemed a bit off, at least for hi DPI monitors, but that appears corrected in this version.
I really thought the darktablerc file was no longer working... heh. -- Shane ____________________________________________________________________________ darktable user mailing list to unsubscribe send a mail to [email protected]
