If it's really urgent, you could have a look at Digikam, which has a "quality sorting" that can work on a collection of images. You find it under the menu item "tools->maintenance", and it works by assigning a flag to the images depending on whether they are considered high, medium, or low quality. It can take into account noise, blur and one or two criteria, where the user can decide which to use, and what's the weight assigned to each.
