After backup, I upgraded to v3, and all is fine (!) with my Nikon scans
collection.

However I would like to understand why my test PC, with same Ubuntu
18.04LTS, shows skulls instead of thumbnails. I can open the .dng with
image viewer, so no required library should be missing.

Tried to remove and re-import, purged non-existing, no success.

Why DT3 hiccups with these files ?
