One guess might be that the messages that you can't see might be in your
"sent" mailbox. This sometimes happens to me on Thunderbird and it's
due to the message filters I have set up. I have to manually move them
to my darktable message folder. Just a thought...

I see replies by Patrick to other people's posts all the time, so I
