Hi!

While I build dt from git for some time, periodically I really build
from scratch and now I wonder cause cmake states:

-- checking for module 'Gettext'
-- package 'Gettext' not found

and

-- No saxon XSLT processor and/or no docbook saxon extension library
found. Xslt processor saxon not found. HTML usermanual will be built
with xsltproc; expect usermanual with inconsistent screenshot and image
dimensions.

Now I wonder what I should install here. For the first one my very
limited knowledge about cmake suggests, that it is searching for
libintl.h. And as gettext is installed

$ locate libintl.h

reveals

/usr/include/libintl.h

Should be ok, I guess. Probably, just a wrong status message?

As for saxon, I understand that it should be happy with either one of these:

  saxon65.jar saxon653.jar saxon654.jar saxon655.jar docbook-xsl-saxon.jar

I think the point is that on Debian the package libsaxon-java does not
install one of those, but

        saxon-6.5.5.jar

instead. (Cf.
http://packages.debian.org/de/wheezy/all/libsaxon-java/filelist)
