Nevermind, I think I found it. So it seems to be an issue with RawSpeed (our primary raw reading library). You can workaround this by editing /usr/share/darktable/rawspeed/cameras.xml and change supposed=yes in no. That will make Darktable fall back to LibRaw. And this actually seems to fix the green issue. I still need to figure out why this is happening (because it shouldn't), I'll try to keep you posted.
