I've committed an intermediate fix to git master and our
darktable-1.1.x branch (which will become 1.1.2).

If you happen to use Ubuntu Precise or Quantal, I've pushed updated
builds to my Darktable-Unstable-PPA (which is basically in pre-release
mode for 1.1.2):

The new sources may take a few hours to build.

And don't forget to change back to the Darktable-Release-Plus-PPA once
1.1.2 has been released.
