Yes terrible. But same answer than previous post on this mailing list. I have activated the denoise profiles, using wavelet strength 4.0 and an uniform blending using the color channel. Most noise is removed. Using the hot-pixel removal module will help killing those last very hot/bright pixels. The end result is not that bad given the original image! What do you think?
