But at least in digikam I have to choose the profile by hand?
In darktable there is the "output color profile", does this help?

It can take profiles which are in:
$HOME/.config/darktable/color/out

Thanks for your answer, but the thing remains that all other softwares seem to use the right profile, and darktable the wrong one. See my screencopy: it is really one screen with 4 software windows opened at the same time, so it is proof that dt doesn't display the same thing as the others.
Why is that?

Which says colord will take care on dual screen setups.
Are you using colord?
 
If your are using nvidia binary driver dual screen setup is not working:
 
 
I am using a colorhug and agryll but still have some colorshifts. For an ordinary user like me it is a tricky thing.
