In fact, I don't use Gimp for photography editing, so I didn't actually set
up anything; it is as it cames the first time, I think.
But I've been dissatisfied with dt base curve for some time, and was aware
that the rendering of my pictures was rather different when I looked at
them in Digikam or on the web. That's why I made this comparison a couple
of days ago, and add the Gimp display to complete the matter and because it
is considered as a reference by many.
If you really need it, I can make the Gimp test you asked for.
For me, it's enough to see that darktable display things differently from
the other tools I use for working and publishing on line... and that these
tools are consistent with Gimp.
