That means that the Fedora package was built without colord support. That's weird since the colord maintainer works for RedHat, and uses Fedora. After digging into the Fedora website I found [0] which mentions -- package 'colord' not found Could you file a bug report against Fedora to depend on colord please? That should help you a big deal. It won't set the xatom for the 2nd display, but it will make it less relevant.
