I looked in the promo.svg and it was also made in inkscape. I guess
that is another learning curve.

I actually found that LibreOffice made a better job for what I needed,
but I'd still like to hear of any other ideas for making them.

I've installed Dia, but it segfaults whenever I start it. I also tried
sk1 but it seems pretty messed up - things disappear off screen and so
on...
