To the OP, my usual Lightable workflow is this;
(Make sure Max height and Width are set in GUI Options appropriate for your
display)
1. F11 to fullscreen darktable
2. Tab to hide side panels
3. Alt-1 (or Alt-scroll) to fully zoom in preview image (this doesn't seem
to be documented in the manual)
4. Press z if I want to check the focus areas
5. Apply rating to image (0-5 or r for reject)
6. Right-arrow key to move to next image and repeat from item 4.
When finished, Alt-scroll to zoom out of preview image.
Does that do what you want?
