I'm not totally sure, but I think you have to select manually a "generic rectilinear" lens before you can use the sliders. BTW, your lens is included into Lensfun's SVN. You can download http://lensfun.berlios.de/db/version_0.tar.bz2 and replace your local Lensfun database with it.
