This may affect presets, but Lensfun always matches
case-insensitively, even in non-fuzzy mode.

This is too bad, but unavoidable I think.  Can't presets be updated?

Again, awkward but unavoidable.  One may write a script that updates
all XMP files.  Current DT will re-import these XMPs automatically.

The fuzzy matching has caused more trouble than anything in DT, so
it was reverted.  In the meantime, I fixed a bug in fuzzy matching
in Lensfun, so it may be revisited in DT, however, I do not
recommend this.  The much better approach is to correct the lens
model names in the database instead.  This is done in SVN Lensfun.
