It is not possible. I have looked into it in the past and the problem is
that 500px is still using OAuth 1.0 which is a pain to code in C. They told
me like over a year and a half ago that they were moving to OAuth 2.0 but
it seems that got stopped at some point.

With OAuth 2.0 it would be a matter of two hours have an uploaded working,
as both Google+ and Facebook modules use that.
