There IS actual texture in the (gray) t-shirt material that is evident at full 
zoom within the JPG ... the higher RAF file contrast is exaggerating it but I 
would not call it moire!

This texture can be flattened easily through minimal 'raw denoise' and to 
totally kill it by adding the basic 'denoise (nlm)' ... but then I think that 
you really are removing correct material texture.

Interesting just how 'washed-out' the JPG appears alongside the RAF even 
without anything more than primary processing.
