 Where I think I want raster masks is for better brush/drawn masks.
Right now these create brush paths, which are treated like other paths
and so wind up being kind of awkward (and CPU-intensive if you've made
them by scribbling back and forth, crossing over yourself, and so
on). With raster masks these could instead wind up defining areas (and
then let you go back to take stuff out of the area where you overshot).
