What is your problem?

Section 12 of the RT wiki describes how you can modify the tone curve.
The user interface of dt is a bit different and does not deploy the more
restricted variants, but you can create any curve you want.

Section 13 describes the shortcomings of doing the base curve in RGB.
There is simply nothing like this in darktable. You can either use
"scale chroma" enabled and get something similar to Weighted Standard or
Film-Like. If you turn "scale chroma" of, you only affect the lightness.
There is a blend operator to control the amount of chroma scaling. By
using parametric masks, you could fine-tune this effect.

To fine-tune your colors and saturation, use the modules in the color
group and not the base curve.
