Have you seen the answer from Kofa? Just load the image in GIMP and use the color picker. You will see: Its your calibration.
To be more precise: Its the ColorHug. The ColorHug is a nice idea (in fact, i own one, too) but not mature yet. Additionally, the device can not be 100% precise by design, because it is just a colorimeter and therefore affected by the spectral characteristics of you display backlight.
