No.

A "print queue" is a CUPS term. The options are *not* on darktable but
on the Web interface at localhost:631.

You said that your printer is visible on localhost:631. Click on it then
on the page listing the printer you'll have two comob-boxes. The right
most one is for admin work. Select on it "Define printer options" (or
something like that, my UI is in French). From there you'll have access
to all printer options.
