Thanks everybody for your answers and
contributions... I'll look a all this now and try to make some
order in all your post processing to understand how to do this for
myself.

Like usually, there is a lot of things with Lightroom / photoshop,
but didn't find anything with darktable (If your help is
effective, and I understand how to do this, and reach beautiful
results, I'll publish a tutorial on it !)
