Nice shot Ary,
I'd use only those modules : - basecure = similar canon eos - white balance = spot - lens correction = on. I would not use profile denoise nor raw denoise as they erase the dim meteor that crosses from the center to 1/10th top right. That said, for astophotography i'd rather (I indeed do) use the camera at its nominal sensitivity. Yours is 100 ISO, that's what you should use. 400 would be still good, but 1600 is far too high. Yes, then you would need to use a motorized mount... but that's another story. Once again, very nice shot. > Message du 25/08/15 08:42 > De : "ary brami" > A : darktable-users@lists.sourceforge.net > Copie à : > Objet : [Darktable-users] milky way picture post processing > >Hi everybody, > > I need some help / advices / tutorial... for post processing my milky way / > night sky landscape pictures. > > I tried lots of tools in darktable, but don't achieve to reach a beautifull > result, with right white balance, beautiful colors, nice contrast, brights > stars, not too much noise...
