Okay. I’ve got it. Kind of. The following gives me the single subdirectory that I’m looking for. I had wanted to name it Foo_convertedRAW but I just get convertedRAW. Not a big deal. I’m happy with what I now have!
$(FILE_FOLDER)/convertedRAW/$(FILE_NAME)
