Hi,
how do you guys set the white balance when shooting during the
blue/golden hour? In my understanding using a white reference is
nonsense because that would just level out the nicely colored light
one tries to capture.
Yes, I know it's an of-topic question (non DT-related) so here's the
meta-question:
Do you know online places/forums that would be the right place to ask
such questions? Where do you seek advice?
Over time I came up with a lengthy list, the ones I visit more

With dpreview.com being more about technology than technique (not what
I seek right now). But what I find a little repelling is that many of
them really try to bind you to their site, and are a bit unclear about
their affiliation with business partners (dpreview.com is Amazon).
